REALTORĀ®

Hopefully, this page will provide you with some insight into me and what I am all about. It is difficult to learn everything you need to know about someone by a few paragraphs of information, so if at any time you would like to chat, feel free to pick up the phone or send me an email.

I consider myself very fortunate to live in the beautiful Salmon Arm and Shuswap area and to call it home. Having lived in Salmon Arm since 1986, it is difficult to imagine myself anywhere else. My beautiful wife and high school sweetheart, Kristi, is a lifelong resident of Salmon Arm; our growing family of pets helps keep us busy in our spare time.

Much of my recreational time is filled with one of my biggest passions, golf. It’s a sport that I have played and competed at for a long time that continues to teach me many lessons of life and humility. The ever elusive pursuit of perfection will always keep me coming back to the game. We continue to enjoy all of the recreational activities that living in the Shuswap has to offer, including camping, cycling, cross country skiing, snowboarding, squash and spending time exploring the beautiful area that we live in.

After 13 years of retail management, I made the jump to real estate in early 2007 and have never looked back! I remembered buying my first home and what a great experience it was…I wanted to make this same experience possible for every one of my clients and their families.

I have met many wonderful people and built many new friendships along the way. My goal is to build long term relationships built on mutual trust and respect with my clients. I am here to listen to what you want and need and use my knowledge and expertise of real estate in salmon arm to help you make the right decision for the next chapter of your life, whatever that may be. With a strong dedication and passion for my work, enthusiasm, knowledge of the area and market conditions, fine tuned negotiating skills, the ability to listen and always keep on top of changes and trends in the industry, I know that I can help with whatever your real estate needs are.

I am a proud sponsor of the Royal LePage Shelter foundation which provides relief to a number of great causes across the country. A portion of each commission that I earn goes towards the Shelter Foundation. 100% of the money that I donate is distributed locally in Salmon Arm. Royal Lepage Agents have raised more than $12 Million to help Canadian families across the country. This is just another way that I can help giving back to my community.

Testimonials

Recently Jeremy helped me sell the home I had been living in with my family for almost 40 years. It was on the market for a very short time before selling & Jeremy went out of his way to keep me informed of the process. He was very patient with a first time seller & treated me with the utmost respect & kindness. When it becomes time to sell my present home I will definitely call on Jeremy again.

I heard good things about Jeremy and I am happy I chose him as my Realtor. Jeremy took the time to help me understand the market and the purchasing process which was very important to me. We worked together to find the right home for my needs and throughout the process he was very professional and realistic. Even though the purchase is complete he still keeps in touch and answers any questions I have. I recommend him to others and I will not hesitate to use him again.

It seemed impossible to me that everything that needed to line up for a successful sale and purchase would ever fall into place–in comes Jeremy! Jeremy is reliable, personable, knowledgeable and always ensures you are comfortable with what is involved every step of the way. Without a doubt Jeremy works hard for his clients and I would recommend him whether buying, selling or like us both!
