Consulting with a mortgage broker is the most important step in moving forward with your purchase. Before you shop, you need to know what you can shop for. This is where the fun begins! We will sit down together and determine what you want and what you need. It never hurts to prepare a list in advance of things that are most important to you. This could be things like location, lot size, number of bedrooms, view, close to certain schools or shopping. Together we will determine your shopping list along with the price and look through some places that best suit your needs. I am here to work hard for you and keep you up to date on new listings and properties that will be the right fit so that you know right away when a property comes on the market that might be right for you!

The hard work begins once you have located the right property. This is when I walk you through the process of making sure that the home is everything that you hoped and needed it to be. A few of the things we will be looking into are things like a home inspection, insurance, disclosures, septic and water information, zoning, permits as well as other items to make sure you are getting what you will pay for. Over my years in real estate I have come in contact with a network of trusted professionals that will help guide us through the process of selecting the right home.
